  6. First, thank you for downloading and trying a Softerware Product.
  7. Second, these release notes briefly describe the workings of our
  8. new, improved, setup program.  After all, for a longer download,
  9. you should expect more!
  10.  
  11. The new setup program will work on more computers & works much more
  12. like standard setup programs, like those that come with Microsoft
  13. Products.  At the end of the setup program, a program icon will
  14. be placed in the 'Programs' folder of the Start Menu.  You can move
  15. this if you want.  HOWEVER, you should NOT elect to install the
  16. product in a location OTHER than that suggested in the setup program.
  17. If the program doesn't work right, and you chose to install in a 
  18. different location, you may want to reinstall using the default path.
  19. A DIFFERENT DRIVE may be OK, but it hasn't been tested.
  20.  
  21. You should also RESTART THE COMPUTER after setup is complete BEFORE
  22. starting the program for the first time.  Failure to do so may result
  23. in a complete Windows system crash.  This is not common, but has a 
  24. good chance of happening.  Note that setup will NOT remind you of this.
